Meet Tory Delpierre

A native of Norfolk, Tory Delpierre was born and raised in the Hampton Roads community she now serves. She attended Maury High School before earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. She later received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.

Upon her graduation from law school, Tory returned to the Hampton Roads area to start her legal practice. Tory is an experienced trial attorney who brings a strong litigation background and a client-focused approach to her practice. She has represented clients in complex and high-stakes matters and has significant experience handling both civil and criminal domestic cases, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues that often arise in family-related disputes.

Deeply committed to the Hampton Roads community, Tory is an active member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association and the Portsmouth Bar Association. Outside of the courtroom, she also volunteers with Norfolk Public Schools Middle School Mock Trial Program, helping introduce students to the legal system and encouraging the next generation of advocates.

Outside of her legal practice, Tory enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing with friends, and watching college football.
