Madison Wagner is an associate attorney at Jackson Nelson PLLC, where she focuses her practice on family law. A Richmond, Virginia native, Madison graduated from Mills E. Godwin High School. Madison relocated to Hampton Roads to attend Old Dominion University. While at ODU, Madison was an active member of Alpha Xi Delta, serving as the chapter’s Vice President of Philanthropy. She earned her degree in Business Management in 2019 and was later honored as a member of the ODU “40 Under 40” Class of 2025. 

Madison earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2022. During law school, she was a dedicated member of the Trial Advocacy Board and competed in the Quinnipiac University All-Star National Mock Trial Competition. Madison developed a passion for family law early in her legal career and gained hands-on experience through internships with the Portsmouth Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and a Norfolk-based family law firm. Madison is committed to providing compassionate, knowledgeable and results-driven representation to her clients. She takes pride in guiding individuals and families through challenging legal matters with empathy and integrity. 

Outside of the office, Madison enjoys going to the beach or out to dinner with family and friends. She and her husband are devoted Washington Commanders fans and love cheering them on during football season.
